Today Philips is a 100% health-technology company where hardware, embedded systems and sensing play a central role in bringing new health capabilities to users.</p><p><br /><b>Your role:</b></p><div><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to support departmental operations and continuous improvement goals</li><li>Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations</li><li>Prepare and present accurate reports for stakeholders</li><li>Participate in team meetings by contributing ideas and capturing detailed minutes</li><li>Organize and maintain departmental documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, demonstrating a growth mindset</li></ul></div><p><br /><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>Currently studying towards your Bachelor or Master studies in Product Design / Industrial Design, or any other relevant studies, master level preferred.</p></li><li><p>You have a user centric mindset with focus on improving user experience.</p></li><li><p>You have strong analytical and problem solving skills.</p></li><li><p>You are able to use appropriate visual and verbal articulation in line with  a given Design Language Systems and Brand Guidelines.</p></li><li><p>You easily communicate your ideas through realistic visualizations of your design concepts.</p></li><li><p>You are able to work within a scope and a given timeframe.</p></li><li><p>You are a team player, contributing to effective team work and offering a point of view.</p></li><li><p>Relevant experience e.g. previous internship, (extra-)curricular projects, etc.) related to product design, User experience Design, usability (Hardware)</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge in oral and written English</p></li></ul><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
