<h3>Job Title</h3>PCBA Soldering Specialist<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The<b> </b> <span>PCBA Soldering Specialist </span> plays a key role in the production of advanced PCBAs and complex (system) assemblies. This position is responsible for executing highly precise production steps—both manually and with specialized machinery—in a high-tech environment. The<b> </b> <span>PCBA Soldering Specialist </span> proactively identifies and analyzes potential issues, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of both processes and products.</p><p><br /><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Executes the production of complex PCBA's and (system) assemblies performing both manual steps and using machines to perform the steps.</p></li><li><p>Support in the setup and optimization of the process steps and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Provide feedback on both the product and the production steps / tools.</p></li><li><p>Perform highly accurate and complex manual production steps such as soldering, gluing and cleaning using a microscope.</p></li><li><p>Perform production test steps using dedicated tools and machines.</p></li><li><p>Suggests and helps implement small improvement ideas.</p></li><li><p>Perform rework on existing products (PCBA rework)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if you have:</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or Vocational Education.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in Soldering (with Microscope)</p></li><li><p>Experience with (accurate) system assembly or product assembly</p></li><li><p><b>Dutch speaking skills of minimal B1/B2 level</b></p></li><li><p><b><span>You must hold either a Dutch passport or have the nationality of a NATO member country.</span> </b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Technical Acumen</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting</p></li><li><p>Product Installation</p></li><li><p>Equipment Set Up</p></li><li><p>Process Improvements</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
