In a small and skilled multidisciplinary innovation team, you will design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that power advanced healthcare applications. Your work will help shape concepts of the future and improve patient outcomes worldwide.<br /><br /><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and deploy AI models for e.g., medical imaging, automation, and predictive analytics in healthcare.</li><li>Explore and implement innovative machine learning techniques, including deep learning and generative AI, to solve complex clinical challenges.</li><li>Optimize AI pipelines for scalability, robustness, and real-time performance in demanding healthcare environments.</li><li>Collaborate closely with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to translate healthcare needs into impactful AI-driven solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain high-quality code through rigorous testing and best practices.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You’re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><span><span>You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.</span></span></li><li><span><span>You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and operationalizing AI/ML solutions, </span><br /><span>preferably in health tech or other high-impact fields.</span></span></li><li><span><span>You are proficient in modern C++ (C++17/20), and familiar with modern software engineering practices.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with medical imaging, clinical data, and working in regulated environments is a strong plus.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience with model optimization techniques for performance and deployment (e.g., quantization, pruning, GPU acceleration) is a strong plus.</span></span></li><li><span><span>You thrive in agile innovation teams and enjoy working on pioneering projects that make a real-world impact.</span></span><ul><li><br /></li><li></li></ul><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
