Your role in our team
As a Corporate Recruiter, you take full end-to-end responsibility for your own recruitment portfolio. You own the entire hiring process and manage it proactively—from intake to hire. You don’t wait for candidates to apply; you actively engage the market, approach professionals in a targeted way, and inspire them to choose CGI.

You are a strong and credible sparring partner for Hiring Managers and other stakeholders. Through effective stakeholder management, you set clear expectations, provide both solicited and unsolicited advice, and ensure momentum in a fast-paced environment. You stay firmly in control of the process and are confident in making decisions.

In addition, you leverage your creativity and expertise to source talent across multiple channels, develop targeted recruitment campaigns, and organize recruitment events. With a data-driven approach and smart use of AI agents and recruitment systems, you ensure a consistently strong candidate pipeline. Together with your recruitment colleagues, you continuously improve processes and develop innovative strategies to attract and retain scarce talent for CGI in a sustainable way.

You work independently, take initiative, and actively pursue candidates. At the same time, you are a true team player who shares knowledge and contributes to the ongoing professionalization of recruitment within CGI. You take full ownership of your domain—and you deliver on that responsibility.

What makes you the ideal candidate
• A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in HRM or a commercial field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT experience is a plus).
• Proven experience with proactive sourcing and actively approaching and following up with candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to advise Hiring Managers effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing tools, including the use of AI agents for sourcing, campaigns, and social recruiting.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, and, in addition, preferably French.
