Project Manager

In this role, you will manage complex projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Your role in our team
• Lead & Organize: Plan, organize, and guide project teams in collaboration with Engagement or Program Managers.
• Deliver Results: Maintain control over schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain ongoing communication.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Financial Oversight: Track and report project financials, ensuring accuracy and margin control.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to CGI Management Foundation and client guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

How you strengthen our team
• Project Management Expertise: Experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate multicultural, cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
• Strong Communication: Clear, assertive communicator with conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Skilled in problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making.
• Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Agile (PMI-ACP, SAFe POPM), or equivalent credentials.
