<h3>Job Title</h3>Real Estate Insights & Analytics intern<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Amsterdam or Eindhoven</p><p>32-40 h/ a week</p><p>Allowance: 500-700 Euro</p><p>6 months minimum</p><p></p><p>The Real Estate Insights and Analytics Intern will support Philips Real Estate in analyzing data related to workplace utilization, smart building solutions, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize real estate strategies and enhance employee experience in Philips offices.</p><p><br /><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><span>Collect, clean, and analyze real estate and workplace data from multiple sources.</span></li><li>Develop one-off reports using Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making. </li><li>Support ongoing projects related to smart buildings,  workplace experience and management</li><li>Provide actionable insights for real estate strategies.</li><li>Prepare presentations for stakeholders.</li></ul><p><br /><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Business Analytics, Data Science, Applied mathematics, etc</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li><li>Knowledge of R, Python or Qlik Sense other BI tools for data analysis and automation.</li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
