Compliance & Stakeholder Management
Act as the subject matter expert in I2P, P&C, and TEC, sharing best practices and serving as a key advisor to senior leadership.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships across the Finance community and other departments (e.g., IT, Procurement, HR, Accounting) to drive efficiency in procedures and cross-functional alignment.
Ensure the control environment is adequately documented with key controls in place, and oversee policy review and updates.
Communicate effectively and work with leadership-level (ELT) stakeholders on strategic initiatives and performance reporting.
Skills & Knowledge
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Extensive knowledge (8 - 12 years minimum) of relevant experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), shared services, or corporate finance roles within a large, multinational organization.
