Are you an experienced professional considering strategy consulting, but wondering what the transition really looks like? SparkOptimus invites you to an informal evening in Amsterdam where you’ll get a candid view into life as a Senior Associate / Manager, directly from people who’ve made the switch themselves.

SparkOptimus is a digital strategy consultancy: we translate vision into digital strategy and help clients execute, often in complex, stakeholder-rich environments, increasingly powered by data, AI and emerging technologies.

This evening is designed for people who are serious about impact, learning fast, and working with a down-to-earth team that combines deep-rooted professionalism with genuine fun.

Who is this event for?

We’re looking forward to meeting professionals with 2–6 years of experience in fast-paced, high-impact environments focused on solving ambiguous problems, influencing stakeholders, and driving change.

We do not offer visa sponsorships, so if you now or in the future will need visa sponsorship, we unfortunately will not be able to select you to attend the event. Thank you for understanding.

What is the application process?

The application deadline is March 12th, 2026 (23:59). To complete your application, we need your CV and grade lists high-school and university/universities. You will know if you have been selected after the application deadline has passed. More information will be shared after you have been selected.
