Inhouseday at SparkOptimus - May 22nd, 2026

Are you interested in digital strategy consultancy, sustainability and generative AI, and do you want to learn how to develop and implement strategies that will transform the way we do business? The SparkOptimus Inhouseday is a perfect opportunity for students to delve deep into the life of a Sparkie, of which the forward-looking niche that we work in, accelerated development of talent and a great culture are key elements. At SparkOptimus, we are always on the lookout for new talent, so we would like to invite you for our Inhouseday at SparkOptimus. We want to meet you at our next inhouseday on May 22nd, 2026! 

What to expect

During the Inhouseday, we will be taking a group of enthusiastic Master’s students through a challenging 1-day programme to provide them with everything they need to know about SparkOptimus. The programme consists of an introduction to SparkOptimus, a masterclass on Generative AI with some concrete examples how we implement Gen AI in our projects, 3 project stories, lunch, a client case study and drinks, plus many opportunities to put any questions you may have to Sparkies in an informal setting. Participants will become acquainted with the pragmatic approach and deep-rooted professionalism we bring to all our projects, driven by a genuine sense of fun and a down-to-earth team of enthusiastic business builders. We are passionate, inquisitive, analytical, and strive to stay abreast of the possibilities that new technologies offer. All of this takes place in an informal and collegial environment in Amsterdam Oud-Zuid.

What is the application process?

The application deadline for the next Inhouseday is May 6th, 2026 (23:59). To complete your application, we need your CV and grade lists high-school and university. You will know if you have been selected after the application deadline has passed. More information will be shared after you have been selected. We are looking forward to meet you!

Who can join?

We welcome candidates who are currently completing their master's study or recently graduated. Please note: Dutch students must have completed their VWO.

We do not offer visa sponsorships, so if you now or in the future will need visa sponsorship, we unfortunately will not be able to select you to attend the event. Thank you for understanding.
