Ben jij helemaal thuis in het sociaal domein en de Participatiewet? Kun je lastige juridische informatie makkelijk uitleggen? En schrijf jij graag? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen? Als juridisch opgeleide vakredacteur geef jij op verschillende manieren advies aan medewerkers van gemeenten over alles wat met de Participatiewet te maken heeft. Dit doe je door bijvoorbeeld teksten voor de kennisbank te schrijven maar beantwoordt je ook rechtstreeks vragen van klanten via de juridische helpdesk. Je bent daarbij een belangrijke schakel tussen theorie en praktijk. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: Je adviseert gemeenten over de Participatiewet via verschillende kanalen en media. De ene week ligt je focus op het schrijven van juridische teksten die voor iedereen makkelijk te begrijpen zijn en die gemeenten gebruiken in hun dagelijkse werk. De andere week beantwoordt je vragen van gemeenten bij de juridische helpdesk en geef je advies over de Participatiewet en aanverwante wetgeving. Je denkt mee met ons marketing- of sales team over hoe het gebruik van onze kennisbank nog makkelijker en intensiever kan. Je bent als een van de eersten op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen rondom wetswijzigingen. Je vertaalt juridische informatie naar infographics of korte opiniestukken. Je bent bereid om af en toe trainingen te geven of op te treden in bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures. Wat maakt deze rol interessant? In deze rol help je juridische kennis toegankelijk te maken voor een breed publiek, wat direct invloed heeft op het werk van gemeenten – misschien zelfs jouw eigen gemeente! De praktische vragen die je krijgt via de juridische helpdesk kun je direct meenemen in je redactionele werk, waardoor je wat je leert snel kunt toepassen en echt impact maakt. Het team De vakredactie is een hecht en gezellig team van verschillende disciplines. Naast vakredacteuren voor de Participatiewet werken bij ons ook vakredacteuren voor schuldhulpverlening, inburgering, omgevingsrecht, Wmo en de Jeugdwet. Standplaats Jouw standplaats is ons kantoor in Venlo. Op dinsdag en donderdag werken wij op kantoor. De andere drie dagen kun jij thuiswerken. Wat bieden wij? Je hebt een HBO of WO studie afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in Nederlands recht of LL.M. Kennis en praktijkervaring met de Participatiewet binnen de gemeentemarkt of de rechterlijke macht. Je kunt juridische informatie helder en begrijpelijk uitleggen. Je bent geïnteresseerd in wetsontwikkelingen, werkt nauwkeurig en kunt snel structuur aanbrengen in juridische informatie. Je bent klantgericht en komt met nieuwe ideeën om onze diensten te verbeteren.
