<h3>Job Title</h3>EMC Systems Engineer<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As an EMC Systems Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role as the conduit for EMC within product development, fostering innovative solutions across various disciplines. Your responsibilities include guiding the EMC regulatory and compliance strategy in collaboration with your team, shifting towards a risk-based EMC framework. Additionally, you'll define crucial activities and requirements for recurring compliance cycles to ensure alignment with certifying bodies.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaboratively co-create, define, execute, and maintain the EMC System strategy for IGT-S Systems as a part of the Norm Compliance Team IGT-S.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of the System-level EMC Risk Management file, crafting and maintaining system-level EMC & Radio compliance evidence.</p></li><li><p>Develop EMC processes, tools, and provide training for EMC engineers.</p></li><li><p>Provide support for EMC-related subsidy projects.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with stakeholders such as the MDC team, EMC QLAB, and internal and external certifying bodies to optimize the usability of created evidence.</p></li><li><p>Foster successful cooperation within your team and with stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the Right Fit If:</b></p><ul><li><p>A Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a professional engineering environment</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3 years of specialized expertise in EMC development and/or measurement, being dedicated to EMC equipment, laboratory management, facilitation, and requirement definition.</p></li><li><p>Your knowledge extends to EMC standards, regulatory compliance, and adept handling of challenges with external bodies. Including proficiency in EMC Risk Management</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in new product introduction and life-cycle development within the industry while working in a global setting.</p></li><li><p>You exhibit conceptual thinking, analytical prowess, and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on Quality and risk management.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English</p></li></ul><p></p><p>*this position isn't open for relocation.</p><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
