• Collaborate with clients to design next-gen workplaces.


• Lead dynamic workshops using agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking.


• Drive cultural and organizational change for smooth tech adoption.


• Create strategies powered by data, automation, and digital tools.


• Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering impactful solutions.

What Sets You Apart?

• Degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or similar.


• 5+ years of experience in change management.


• Prosci, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.


• Fluent in Dutch and English.


• Strategic, tech-savvy, and inspiring.


• Analytical, results-focused, and a team player.


• Ready to travel and engage with clients.


• Participation in exciting consulting projects with room for innovation.
