We’re looking for a Bid Manager who takes ownership, brings structure, and keeps the bid engine running smoothly. You’ll act as the “COO of the bid”, ensuring every RFI/RFP response is compliant, compelling, and delivered on time.This role sits at the heart of strategic deal-making. You’ll coordinate diverse stakeholders, safeguard governance and compliance, and help shape the future of our bid function - including the smart use of AI. The position offers flexible hybrid and remote working, with occasional travel to Amstelveen or Eindhoven for key collaboration moments.If you’re structured, articulate, and confident navigating formal tender environments, this role offers international exposure and the chance to make a visible impact.


•    Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission•    Act as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal compliance•    Ensure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements•    Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders•    Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact•    Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions•    Continuously improve our bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled toolsWhat You Bring


•    Strong organisational skills and confidencein  managing multiple deadlines•    Clear communication and stakeholder management skills•    Strong writing, editing, and information-structuring skills•    Comfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)•    Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaboration•    Curious mindset and interest in innovation and AI in the sales process•    Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownershipYour Background (Minimum Requirements)


•    Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments•    Experience in working on EU tenders•    Able to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance, and submission rules.•    Willing to undergo security screening/clearance to support clients such as the Ministry of Defence or Police•    3-10+ years’ experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles•    Experience working in structured, deadline-driven environments•    APMP certification at the Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantageWhat You’ll Get
