Sounds like you?</p><p>We’re hiring a <strong>Digital B2B Marketing Manager</strong> to build on our existing marketing foundation in the region and drive it forward. You’ll be the one accelerating our presence, growing our impact, and helping organizations discover that our workforce management solution is what truly makes a difference. You’ll shape Dyflexis for the DACH region, merging Dutch boldness with German efficiency.<br><br>You’ll have the freedom to turn bold ideas into real results and build the entire DACH marketing roadmap along the way. You’ll be surrounded by a fun, ambitious and supportive company culture that is built on entrepreneurship, collaboration, and just the right amount of innovation to keep things exciting.<br><br><strong>This is what you do<br></strong>As our Digital B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how Dyflexis shows up across the DACH region, refining our voice, accelerating our reach, and making sure we stand out where it counts. This role is yours to shape: think fresh strategies, bold ideas, and the freedom to make real impact.<br><br>Your day-to-day? You’ll create and execute a regional marketing strategy that brings our scale-up to life, both online and offline. From crafting sharp digital content for social media, our website, and campaigns to running lead-generation initiatives (including AdWords), you’ll make sure Dyflexis gets noticed. Together with our Dutch marketing team and German sales team, you’ll transform strategy into real campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and awareness to our workforce management solution.&nbsp;<br><br>Consistency matters, so you’ll also manage an on- and offline content calendar to keep everything running smoothly.
