IAM Consultant

Intragen is a leader in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solutions with amazing teams in 5 European countries. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven IAM Technical Consultant to work on cutting-edge IAM projects working with an expanding client base.

Job Description

As an IAM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimisation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with customers to align IAM strategies with their business needs, providing expertise in translating technical concepts into business value. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage technical processes, and the competence to serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Strong technical knowledge and experience of IAM technologies and deployments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
- 3 years+ experience working on complex technical One Identity Manager or Okta Workforce Identity solution deployments.
- Must have knowledge of One Identity Manager or Okta Workforce Identity.
- Any experience with SailPoint, CyberArk combined with the above desirable.
- Skilled in managing and resolving IAM issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Experience in agile methodologies, including participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure customer needs are prioritized.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex technical IAM concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English & Dutch language skills, both writing and speaking
