Customer Guidance: Work closely with customers to guide them through strategic decisions regarding IAM deployments, helping them understand how IAM aligns with their business needs and objectives.
Technical Translation: Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of IAM solutions and their benefits.
Agile Participation: Participate in agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring customer requirements are understood, prioritised, and effectively met by the team.
Ticket Management: Handle ticketing workflows related to customer requests, ensuring prompt responses, effective solutions, and maintaining high levels of service quality throughout the process.
Onboarding Optimisation: Optimise onboarding and support processes for clients by identifying potential bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the IAM deployment process.
Customer Training: Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of IAM tools and best practices, empowering them to manage their identity infrastructure.
IAM Assessments: Conduct IAM assessments for clients, identifying gaps in their environments and providing actionable recommendations to enhance security and efficiency.
Policy Development: Assist in developing policies, standards, and guidelines for IAM practices within client organisations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
3 years+ experience working on complex technical One Identity Manager or Okta Workforce Identity solution deployments.
