AI Expert Team lead

We are looking for a high-potential, fast-rising AI leader to build and drive one of our AI teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their leadership journey who has already demonstrated exceptional technical ability, rapid learning, and strong ownership.
You will lead a dynamic environment where experimentation, innovation, and rapid delivery are the norm.


Your role in our team
Lead AI Projects with Impact
1. Leadership & Ownership
• Take full ownership of building and structuring the AI team from the ground up.
• Build and lead a small, high-energy multidisciplinary team (data scientists, engineers, architects).
• Drive a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
• Work and in hand with other AI teams.
2. Innovation & Delivery
• Design and build prototypes, MVPs, and applied AI solutions.
• Explore emerging technologies (GenAI, ML, RAG, MLOps, causal AI, knowledge graphs).
• Create reusable assets and accelerators to scale AI adoption.
3. Client Engagement & Growth
• Engage with clients to understand challenges and translate them into AI use cases.
• Support proposals, workshops, and co-creation sessions.
• Help develop new AI service offerings and contribute directly to growth.
4. Thought Leadership & Visibility
• Showcase team results through demos, presentations, and innovation events.
• Represent the team internally and externally as a rising AI expert.
• Build a strong internal community around AI and emerging tech

Skills
• Solid hands-on experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or ML engineering.
• Ability to build prototypes and experiment rapidly.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Able to apply Agile principles to prioritize work, coordinate a small cross-functional team, and drive rapid iteration toward MVPs and prototypes
• Strong problem-solving and solution-design skills.
Experience Level
• Typically suitable for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering who have already demonstrated standout potential.
• Previous exposure to leading small initiatives, mentoring peers, or driving technical decisions is a plus.
Education
• Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Additional certifications or AI specializations are a plus.
