Director Consulting Services - Life Sciences

Your role in our team
As a Director Consulting Services, you will be fully responsible for your clients, your team, and operational activities. Together with your team of 15 colleagues, you will work to optimize our service delivery. You will lead your team in the development of new services for your clients, recruit new talent, and ensure the professional growth of your team members.
You are the central figure in service delivery: a subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and expanding strong relationships with both existing and new clients. You will take the lead in business development and ensure the quality of the services delivered.
You know how to balance your focus between results, engagement, and quality. As a trusted partner for our clients, you and your team work on growing and strengthening CGI's strategic position. To stay connected to the field, you will also dedicate 50% of your time to strategic assignments.

You are intrinsically motivated to support our clients as an advisor, helping them to continuously improve and excel. With proven experience in initiating and delivering business and IT solutions, along with a relevant professional network, you know how to make this role a success in a creative and impactful way.
You know how to balance between customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and results (you will be managing a PNL of 2 to 4M €) .You are an inspiring leader who is familiar with your sector and knows how to translate and apply opportunities into value-added solutions for our customers. If so, we would love to meet you!
In addition, you have:
• a completed Bachelor and/ or Master, preferably in a technical or IT-related field of study;
• knowledge, experience and network in the Life Sciences sector
• experience with business development, sales and delivery
• experience with contracts and financial management;
• experience in people management and coaching teams (15 to 20P) ;
• you are able to support the customer together with your team from the content;
• experience in the field of IT and/or Business Consulting
• Native French or Dutch and English communication skills in word and writing.
• residing in Belgium
• team player, who easily knows how to win others over to her/his ideas;
