Significant Programmes, Transformations and Achievements: Led SAP S/4HANA MRP capability deployment across pilot OpCos and more than 11 markets, including process redesign, TLC, Situation Handling, Advanced MRP, PR-to-PO enhancements and operating models for third-party procurement. Earlier, implemented SAP ATP and redesigned the Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Customer Service operating model. Led Demand and Customer Planning across eight regions and four channels, improving forecast accuracy by approximately 5–10%; led MRP across seven breweries, implemented EDI with approximately 80% of suppliers and introduced supplier S&OP, rolling forecasts, VMI and supplier-held safety stock.
