Over Lily

I'm a life scientist with an MSc in Regenerative Medicine and a BSc in Microbiology, and I'm moving into health consulting. Before my master's, I spent four years as a surgical medical assistant in a regulated clinical practice. That gave me a close view of how clinicians and care teams work, and how much small process changes matter. I redesigned a documentation workflow there that raised our daily surgical throughput by 20%. In my research roles, I analysed data in R, Excel and SPSS, wrote weekly reports and presented findings to teams and stakeholders. I also worked with product managers and investors to shorten a product testing timeline by 3 months. I'm relocating to the Netherlands, and I'm looking for a role where I can keep learning new topics quickly and apply a careful, analytical approach to real problems in healthcare.
