Over Labib

I am a frontend engineer who tends to end up working on the problems that do not have an obvious answer yet. Over the years that has meant building a product from scratch, modernizing a frontend used across multiple teams, and more recently figuring out how AI capabilities should actually work inside an enterprise product. I am still very hands on, but I naturally look beyond the feature in front of me: how the architecture fits together, where teams are duplicating work, and what we can put in place now that will make development easier six months from now. I also enjoy bringing people together around those decisions, which is why I have often ended up leading guilds, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical direction across teams.
