With more than 17 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, I have built strong capabilities in distribution center operations, inventory optimization, logistics management, and process improvement. In my most recent role, I managed global 3PL distribution center operations, overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and returns management. I successfully partnered with cross-functional teams to develop SOPs, strengthen inventory control frameworks, and drive logistics optimization initiatives. I also established KPI dashboards using Power BI and Power Query, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved operational visibility. Additionally, I led 3PL performance management, ensuring SLA compliance, operational excellence, and cost control. Through warehouse optimization, storage utilization improvements, and waste reduction initiatives, I consistently delivered cost savings while maintaining high service levels. I am currently employed in a permanent position and am seeking consulting opportunities on a part-time basis.
