I have worked extensively with global market leaders in surgical technologies and solutions, leading international negotiations, bringing technologies to the Ukrainian market and building long-term partnerships across business and public-sector environments. My leadership experience also includes operating in highly uncertain and rapidly changing environments, managing business continuity, transformation and strategic partnerships under sustained disruption. I am now bringing this experience into independent consulting, working with businesses and projects to understand complex contexts, identify opportunities, explore strategic options and translate them into actionable directions. I am particularly interested in innovation, new business models and cross-sector projects, where knowledge and ideas from different industries can create new opportunities.
