Over Igor

I am a technology professional based in Bilbao, Spain, with 13 years of experience in software development, technical and functional support, and team coordination. My core expertise is Jira and Confluence administration, particularly in Atlassian Cloud environments. I work with workflow configuration, permissions, automation, ScriptRunner/Groovy, REST API integrations, Forge applications, reporting and documentation. My current work supports teams at Banco Santander through Axpe Consulting. I also build practical automation solutions using Python, APIs, webhooks and applied AI. A recent project connects Linear and Notion to automate review workflows and proposal creation. I enjoy turning complex business needs into reliable solutions that reduce manual work and help teams collaborate effectively. I am looking for fully remote freelance or contractor projects that can be delivered from Spain. I work in Spanish and English and am currently learning Dutch.
