I am a Senior Solution Architect and Technology Transformation professional with 19 years of experience helping organisations design, modernize and transform complex IT environments. My experience combines solution architecture, application modernization, technology transformation, product ownership, pre-sales and client advisory. I have worked on large enterprise programmes, particularly within financial services, translating business needs into practical technology solutions and working with stakeholders across business and technology teams. My technical background includes mainframe technologies such as COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL and VSAM, together with modernization approaches and technologies including rehosting, re-engineering, application assessment, and API enablement. I also have experience in Product Owner activities, including understanding business requirements, defining and prioritising product backlogs, working with stakeholders, leading discovery workshops, shaping features and supporting delivery teams in Agile environments.
