PhD-trained biomedical scientist and Senior Data Scientist with more than 10 years of experience in biomedical research, pharmaceutical R&D and healthcare data analytics. I develop reproducible data-analysis and automation workflows using Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn and SQL, with a strong focus on data quality, validation, statistical analysis and reliable interpretation of complex biomedical and healthcare datasets. At Evotec, I worked on quantitative biomarker and imaging analyses for preclinical pharmaceutical research, including treatment-effect and target-engagement studies. At amedes, one of Germany’s largest laboratory diagnostics providers, I developed and automated analytical workflows for healthcare and laboratory data, including systematic quality-control and validation procedures. I am particularly interested in freelance projects involving clinical and biomedical data, biomarkers, translational research, bioinformatics, medical imaging and healthcare AI. I am based in Hamburg and available for remote or predominantly remote projects across Germany and the EU.
