My PhD degree in Law /Philosophy (defended in 2022) is on the subject of corporate governance, banking regulation and the comparison between the EU and US legislation after the CRD IV implementation of the Basel III Framework. My research included the examination of statistics data gathered by the federal reserve in the US and learning literature methodologies of the European Central Bank as a central component of the Eurosystem and the European System of banking. That includes the examination of a large language model (LLM), reports, interviews, data regarding the economic influence on certain sectors and population cross-borders, within the EU and outside. My career as an attorney in New York, since 2003, and as an advisor for financial vehicles for my corporate clients enabled me to have excellence in monitoring project progress, collecting data, strong analytical skills, organization and tracking multiple projects. I am motivated and capable of critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new and complex ideas. I can communicate with my peers, the larger scholarly community and within academic and professional contexts. Furthermore, my English is perfect, I am a licensed attorney in NY with good standing.
