I'm a Senior QA Lead with 17 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, and enterprise software quality. I build resilient end-to-end automation frameworks from scratch with Playwright and TypeScript, and handle API testing with Rest Assured and Postman, all wired into CI/CD. I take on freelance contracts where I can own the testing strategy end-to-end or embed within product teams to lift the quality bar. Across Miro, Payconiq, and CygnusRED I've scaled quality through hands-on coaching, guild leadership, and CI/CD release gates. Alongside client work I'm exploring how AI fits into the QA process - building a personal multi-agent project (RTIA, Python + LangGraph) that turns raw requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases. What makes me happy is partnering closely with developers and stakeholders to replace manual bottlenecks with predictable automation, moving quality from a final gate to a shared team responsibility.
