Over Arjun

Your search for someone who can bridge high-level strategy with operational reality matches my track record of turning ESG frameworks into living business practices. I communicate effectively across diverse teams, align initiatives with performance metrics, and execute to drive progress from day one. My expertise spans across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. I bring a cross-disciplinary background: an ongoing PhD in Sustainability, an MBA, and advanced training in biochemical engineering to transform complex data pipelines, behavioral AI agents, and corporate compliance into high-performance engines for modern business growth. Core competencies and strategic momentum include: (1) The Blueprint Translator: Adept at mapping complex sustainability and behavioral science concepts into practical, high-adoption operational strategies. Proven track record utilizing custom, behavior-driven AI agents at Bolletje B.V. to systematically slash production waste from 9% to 4.5% YoY. (2) The Ecosystem Connector: Experienced in wiring ESG directly into core operations and scaling it across massive networks. Successfully unified 170+ companies under a single Net-Zero roadmap, co-authored sector-specific disclosure guidance for 25+ industries with the London Stock Exchange Group, and scaled a 500+ member diversity initiative at Dow Chemical. (3) The Full-Spectrum Builder: Operates comfortably across high-stakes corporate environment audits (including leading an ISO 14001 audit underpinning a US$450B acquisition for Lion Corporation Japan), data overhauls (remediating 35,000+ HS codes and 20,000+ REACH chemical products), and hands-on international project execution. Backed by specialized credentials from the United Nations (Sustainable Finance Taxonomies) and the Ministry of MSME, India (Agentic AI & ISO Standards), I bring the technical rigor, data validation, and strategic focus required to transition organizations from 'proudly reporting progress' to 'actively driving performance.'
